We ship worldwide.
Shipping within Germany
Shipping costs are calculated according to the selected shipping method:
- DPD Parcel (0–31 kg): €5.70
- DHL Parcel: €7.99
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination country and shipment weight and are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Bulky Items
Additional shipping charges may apply to oversized or bulky items. These products are clearly marked in the product description. Shipping costs for bulky goods are available upon request.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, delivery takes approximately:
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- International: 5–7 business days
Delivery times begin after the conclusion of the contract. For advance payments, the delivery period begins once payment has been received.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If your order contains items with different delivery times, all products will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery period.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by prior arrangement. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. No shipping charges apply to local pickup.
