NIQUA® PEBECO REVERSE scroll saw blades are premium quick-cutting blades for wood, horn, synthetic materials and plaster. The positive cutting angle of the teeth produces an aggressive cut with outstanding cutting-speed performance, while the reverse teeth help reduce splintering on the underside of the wooden workpiece.

Special oil hardening provides extremely long service life. With a blade length of 130 mm, these blades fit standard fret saw frames and many compatible scroll saws.

Application Recommendations

Before selecting a blade, NIQUA recommends considering the material type, material thickness, preferred cut width and desired cutting speed. Blade sizes 2/0 to 3 are recommended for thin wood, while sizes from No. 4 upwards are recommended for thicker workpieces. When using blades with reverse teeth, the table height should be adjusted so that two to three teeth engage during the upward stroke, depending on the saw being used.
